Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged: • Final Sale Items (marked as non-refundable) • Underwear & Swimwear (for hygiene reasons) • Gift Cards • Discounted Items (if mentioned in the promotion terms) 3. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
